Transition of Matulane® (procarbazine hydrochloride) Distribution
Effective September 6, 2011, Matulane® (procarbazine hydrochloride) capsules (NDC 54482-053-01) will be distributed by Accredo Health Group Inc., a specialty pharmacy, by physician prescription. All future Matulane referrals for Pharmacy dispensing will be handled by Accredo Health Group, Inc. Matulane prescriptions should be faxed to Accredo at 1-888-302-1028.
