Thomas Genna

Thomas Genna joined Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in October 2008 as Senior Director of Clinical Affairs.
Tom has more than 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries with a focus in clinical operations. Prior to joining Sigma-Tau, Tom held leadership positions at Avalon Pharmaceuticals, Amarex Clinical Research and TherImmune Research Corporation.
Tom brings an extensive knowledge of compliance, FDA regulations, protocols, regulatory submissions, and CRO selection. Tom’s experience in product development has focused in gastroenterology, cardiology, oncology, HIV, infectious diseases, pain management and dermatology.
Tom holds a BS from Rutgers University and is licensed by the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy.
