Nancy Klett, MPH
Senior Director, Human Resources
Nancy Klett first joined Sigma-Tau Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in April 2000 as a Public Relations Administrator in the Marketing Department. In September of 2001 she became an Employee Relations Specialist in the Human Resources Department. Nancy returned to Sigma-Tau as a Human Resources Manager in June, 2006 and was promoted to Director of Human Resources, and in January 2011 was promoted to Senior Director of Human Resources.
In between her time with Sigma-Tau, Nancy worked as a Human Resource Consultant for The Brookings Institution and as the Director of Human Resources at MeriStar Hospitality, a real estate investment trust, for three years.
Nancy is a graduate of The George Washington University where she earned a B.S. in Sports Medicine and an MPH in Health Promotion, Disease Prevention.
Nancy is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
